Taizhou Urban Railway Line S2 originates from Beiyang Town in Huangyan District, passes through Linhai City and Jiaojiang District, and ends at Fantawild Theme Park in Taizhou Bay New Area. There are a total of 20 stations along the entire line, including 12 elevated stations, 7 underground stations and 1 at-grade station. The project involves the new construction of one Beiyang Parking Depot and one Binhai Rolling Stock Depot, which will share the network-wide unified control center of the rail network.
